Vishuddha
Vishuddha, or Vishuddhi, is the Sanskrit word for throat chakra. Vishuddha means purification or pure. It is located at the throat centre.
Throat Chakra Meditation {Vishuddha Visualisation}
Visualise at the throat a clear blue sky expansive & vast cloudless, rotating in both directions with a smooth and easy spin. This small blue light opens up and increases in brightness. See it as pure brilliant blue, the cool clear hues reaching outwards and upwards.
Sweep away any impurities and energetic debris, lifting them out of the sky blue radiance, releasing out through your aura. Repeat the cleansing bija mantra three times: “HAM HAM HAM”
Imagine the chakra spinning smoothly and at ease, notice any waivering of the light and use the power of intention and visualisation to steady & balance the flow.
Visualise smooth concentric circles of flowing energy radiating out from the pale blue centre.
Dwell in the clear soothing energy, visualising the vivid blue light of the throat chakra reaching outwards and upwards to touch on the third eye chakra above.
