Returns and Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied you may return items provided the following requirements are met:
- you notify us within 7 days of delivery of an item that you intend to return it
- you return the item in original or equivalent standard packaging
- the item is unused and in a new and saleable condition
- the return is made within 14 days of delivery
We will offer a replacement item if available, or a credit note or refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). During the Christmas period the above timescales are extended by an extra 14 days.
Should you receive an item that has been damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and subject to the above conditions we will arrange a replacement, if available, or refund the total cost of purchase.
For damaged goods a refund or replacement will be offered, along with the cost of the return postage, once the item has been returned to us.
If you would like to exchange your mala (for example if you order the wrong size) we are happy to exchange, however you will be responsible for all postage costs incurred.
Please note: we do not accept returns of custom malas.
