Medicine Buddha Statue
In Mahayana Buddhism the Medicine Buddha is a great healer and physician, he is the Buddha of medicine and healing.
He is known as the King of Lapis Light, his teachings cure all sufferings, he is seated on a lotus pedestal, in his right hand holds a myrobalan plant – a native to Asia known for its healing properties.
This Medicine Buddha statue is hand cast and hand painted in Nepal and may vary from the photo.
Made of resin, measures 14cm high x 10cm wide.
