Solar Plexus Chakra Meditation

Solar Plexus Chakra Meditation {Manipura Visualisation}

Visualise a golden yellow sphere of light at your centre. See the light expanding outwards, enlarging and shining brightly, like sweet warm sunshine. See it as pure brilliant yellow with vibrant gold, the rich hues reaching outwards and upwards.
Sweep away any impurities and energetic debris, lifting them out of the golden glow, releasing out through your aura.
Repeat the cleansing bija mantra three times: “RAM RAM RAM”

Imagine the chakra spinning smoothly and at ease, notice any waivering of the light and use the power of intention and visualisation to steady & balance the flow. Visualise smooth concentric circles of flowing energy radiating out from the golden centre.
Dwell in the sunlight, visualising the gold light of the solar plexus chakra reaching outwards and upwards to touch on the heart chakra above.

Think: confidence, emotional stability, vitality, energy, desire, inner strength, will power, mental clarity, laughter, curiosity & wisdom
Release: shame, control, weak will, fear, passive, powerless, scattered, defensive, aggressive, dominate & sluggish
