Handmade glasses chains with 108 genuine semi-precious healing beads. Neatly presented in an organza gift bag & supplied with healing info about the beads used and about traditional prayer beads use & care.
Why 108 Beads?
Buddhist Prayer Beads have 108 beads; 108 is an auspicious number in Buddhism as there are said to be 108 kleshas or impure thoughts. In addition, after chanting 100 mantras 8 extra mantras are chanted to allow for any that were chanted when concentration lapsed.
Tibetan prayer beads often have counter beads at 27 bead intervals to aid the counting process (this is why some of our malas & beaded glasses chains have 111 beads … 108 beads + 3 counter beads = 111 beads)
With every mala order we include full colour glossy information about the healing benefits of the beads, plus prayer beads use & care.
Beautifully presented in a neat recycled envelope & finished with a Tibetan seal.
This makes for a fabulous gift or keepsake!
