Postage and Packing
We take great care in appropriately packing your items so that they reach you in perfect condition. We ship internationally - all orders are shipped from our UK office.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch items as soon as possible - usually within 48 hours
of receiving an order with cleared funds (excludes UK bank holidays & Sundays). If you live in UK we use Royal Mail first class mail. Depending on where you live delivery can take from 2 - 12 working days.
Out of Stock Items
If items are listed "out of stock - available
to order" we aim to dispatch these within 2 weeks, however please allow up to 4 - 6 weeks as we sometimes encounter difficulties getting some items. Items are only out of stock for a week or so, as we have new stock every 2 weeks, so please check back soon!
Returns and Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied you may return items provided the following requirements are met:
- you notify us within 7 days of delivery of an item that you intend to return it
- you return the item in original or equivalent standard packaging
- the item is unused and in a new and saleable condition
- the return is made within 14 days of delivery
We will offer a replacement item if available, or a credit note. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
Should you receive an item that has been damaged in the post,
please notify us immediately and subject to the above conditions
we will arrange a replacement, if available, or refund
the total cost of purchase.
Please note: once you have placed your order you are committed to buy, we do not accept cancellations of orders. We do not accept returns of custom malas.

We will not disclose your personal details onto anyone else. We may keep your email address on our mailing list in order that you receive news of new offers, products or future events relating to tibetan art and culture. if you do not wish us to contact you in this way please let us know.
