The Tibetan Mala Shop is owned by Palsang Lama (pictured right),
he is Tibetan and has been making traditional Tibetan
Buddhist malas for fourteen years.
"Mala" is a Sanskrit
word meaning rosary or prayer beads. A mala is used
for counting mantras.
